The Mishima Zaibatsu, this one hundred and fifty story edifice has corruption written all over it. Commonly known for abusing the Devil Gene for their own gain and power.

An underground embassy that expands about 2 miles in all directions located about six miles west of Mishima Zaibatsu. The entrance itself is the basement of an abandoned house.
