Ok guys and gals, I know the site has been running quite slow lately due to lack of members, however, we can make this work, I just need your help. Some of you (won't say names) claim you don't have any threads to go in, well thats not true, go ask other members to start a thread or if they even want to rp. Most likely they'd say yes, why? because what else are they here for. Especially the canons, those should be the most active characters since they have a large impact on the plot even if its a seemingly 'irrelevant' thread. YOU HAVE TO RP! thats how activity spreads, don't just wait on a plot to come up, hell we have to develop into it slowly.
Threads don't always have to be about fighting either, talk, converse , something. All I'm saying to you all is that we need to get some post flowing and it doesn't need to be your best so don't feel pressured by this. Thanks.

Just a suggestion, but we might spark more activity if we introduced a system here. I'm not talking stat grinding or anything, but at least some character bonuses/items/w;e for completing requirements or even doing tasks in solo rp's.
So far we're relying on people sitting around, waiting for posting initiative. Giving incentive for posting, plus something to do in the meantime may just up the activity around here. Vega is currently very bored, and that's never a good thing > >

I have just the thing, why don't we have movesets for each post, so say someone gets ten rp posts, then they get to give their character(s) a new moveset to add to their arsenal. Also, for this site, why don't you bring in a leveling system. One which will start off as the chi level and the fighting skill level that their characters are. And for those who have multiple characters on the one account, then the main character for that account will be the one who levels up.

I don't like strict leveling systems very much. Although it might work initially, eventually if new people join they'll have to stat grind to have any hope of beating the existing members of the site. > > The moveset idea could work. Anything that encourages people to post either alone or as a group.

Well the chi/fighting level system is in and of itself is a 'leveling system'. You have many levels to acquire as well as sub-stages. With so many fighting or training threads one is permitted to enter new levels and stages. As for the bonus idea i have trophies or acheivements that members can attain points by accomplishing them. Though ive been thinking about making use for the points instead of letting them sit idly by.

What about a money system, which you can get a code for and the money system works hand in hand with posts as well, so the point system could be what gives them money, if ya get what I mean, that way people can buy new items for their character(s).

This isn't a bad Idea at all. Also I was thinking with points you can buy seperate things, for example, today I though what if you accumulate so many points by acquiring trophies (lets say 1000) and you need one last training thread to do before you can advance and power. Your muse might be low so why not guy spend some points on what I call a 'wild thread' which acts as whatever kind of thread you want it to be, much like a 'wild card'. It was things like this I was just dwelling upon. And for a money system I have been looking but I cannot find one.

Why can't you just make one up~? One forum I've settled on has a money system, and you basically get money by completing missions successfully. The missions are fun to do, even alone, and the money gained can be used to buy items for the character.
In any case, I don't think telling people to 'train and level up' is going to inspire anyone much. At least in speaking for myself.
